Conditions
All Svithwood products are made of natural materials and the rustic distinctive character causes individual cracks, cracks and curves.

Payment
We offer payment by debit card and accept Dankort.
All data sent in connection with a purchase paid with a payment card is encrypted via SSL, and only Nets can read them.

Payment will be deducted first from your payment card when the item has been shipped, and you can never withdraw a larger amount than you have approved at the time of purchase.

Delivery
Svithwood regularly sends furniture orders in weekdays. Delivery time will usually be at least 3 working days.
Should changes occur in relation to the stated delivery time, you will receive a separate notice.

All our furniture is shipped by Esbjerg Transport. Esbjerg Transport contacts you before delivery so you can determine the delivery time and be home to receive your item.
As a starting point, the goods are delivered to the sidewalk.

All shipments are charged a fixed price of 650 DKKR.

Warranty
Svithwood provides 2 years' right of complaint pursuant to the Purchasing Act, including material and material defects found in the normal use of the product. The warranty does not cover errors, damage or wear, directly or indirectly caused by improper operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized interference. Complaints about defects that should be discovered by the usual inspection of the product must be notified to Svithwood within a reasonable period of time. The product can subsequently be returned for repair, replacement or as agreed. crediting. Please note that we only receive packages sent back via Esbjerg Transport. Return can also be done by handing the item personally with us. Reimbursement

Cancellation

On our customization products, the cancellation right is waived. This is due to the fact that these products are made according to the customer's specifications and that these products have been given a distinct personal touch.

The condition of the product when you return it
You are liable only for any deterioration of the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the item. In other words - you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item is tested beyond what is described above, we consider the one used, which means that, in the case of withdrawal of the purchase, only a portion or none of the purchase amount will be returned, depending on the merchant's commercial value.
